All we ask for is a 90 day commitment from you when you join. Give us time to get you settled in...

My app is not working, I can't access my barcode
There could be a few reasons for this. Please visit us at reception and we'll look to get this sorted for you
I'm unable to book classes?
If you have only registered, please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify your app access. Otherwise, contact us at either reception and we will see what the issue may be.
Can I delay my start date when joining?
Yes. Just specify to our membership team what date you would like to start.
How do I get started with my 10 Point Plan?
We can book you in either at reception or over the phone. The schedule will depend on trainer availability.
Can I change the date that I pay for my membership?
Yes. If you have a preferred date, contact email@example.com and let our team know.
Is Personal Training available?
Yes. Simply grab one of our trainers or our club manager who will be able to get this looked after.
