Classes

Ability to teach 5 standard Raw Fitness Classes: Cardio, Power, Glute, ProBox, Kettlebell, TRX, Yoga, Pilates

10 Point Plan

Ability to complete a full consultation - Showcase full use of the script and the 5 phases (Intro, Rapport Building, Needs Analysis, Recommendations, Conclusion)

Level 2

Classes

Ability to teach 5 Fitness Classes & 1 Raw choreographed module - Cycle, Pump, Core, Race (100% pass on Layer 1 coaching)

10 Point Plan

Ability to complete a full consultation - Showcase full use of the script and the 5 phases (Intro, Rapport Building, Needs Analysis, Recommendations, Conclusion)

Level 3

Classes

Ability to teach 6 fitness classes & 2 Raw Choreographed Modules (100% pass on layer 1 & 2 coaching)

10 Point Plan

Ability to complete a full consultation

Ability to take a client through a workout routine - Introducing exercise, muscle groups, demonstration/technique, corrections, safety, progressions/regressions

Level 4

Classes

Ability to teach 6 Raw Fitness classes & 3 Raw choreographed modules (100% pass on layer 1,2 & 3 coaching)

10 Point Plan

Ability to complete a full consultation

Ability to take a client through a workout routine - Introducing exercise, muscle groups, demonstration/technique, corrections, safety, progressions/regressions

Level 5

Classes

Ability to teach 8 fitness classes & 4 Raw choreographed modules (100% pass on layer 1,2 & 3 coaching) *Know 2 releases of each module

10 Point Plan

Ability to complete a full consultation

Ability to take a client through a workout routine

Ability to increase/reduce intensity based on clients goals

Ability to re-assess clients goals & recommend the next step

Level 6

Classes

Ability to teach ALL fitness classes & ALL Raw choreographed modules & Pilates or Yoga (100% pass on layer 1,2 & 3 coaching) *Know 2 releases of each module

10 Point Plan

Ability to complete a full consultation

Ability to take a client through a workout routine

Ability to increase/reduce intensity based on clients goals

Ability to re-assess clients goals & recommend the next step

Level 7

Classes

Ability to teach ALL Raw fitness classes & ALL Raw choreographed modules & Pilates and Yoga (100% pass on layer 1,2 & 3 coaching) *Know 3 releases of each module

Regular Raw Knowledge/social media content

Ability to teach ALL Raw fitness classes & ALL Raw choreographed modules & Pilates, Yoga, Yogalates (100% pass on layer 1,2 & 3 coaching) *Know 3 releases of each module
